Returns & damage claims

Please review dimensions, finish and SKUs before paying. If a cabinet is unsuitable, contact JLK within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. Do not send an item back before receiving instructions.

Eligible returns

An approved return must be an unopened, unused, unassembled RTA cabinet in its original packaging and condition. A 25% restocking charge applies to approved returns after shipment. Return freight charges will be confirmed as part of the authorization.

Items we cannot accept

Installed, assembled, used or altered products cannot be returned. Accessories, toe kicks, fillers and moldings are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Damage or missing items

Inspect every item when it arrives. Photograph visible damage and note it on the carrier receipt. For concealed damage, send the order number, photos and a description to JLK as soon as you discover it and within 30 days of delivery. We will review the claim and coordinate a remedy.

These proposed terms follow the market benchmark and need JLK’s supplier and legal review before Shopify checkout is enabled. Applicable consumer rights still apply.
