Shipping & delivery

Cabinet orders usually travel by LTL freight. Choose the delivery service that fits your location. The carrier brings the shipment curbside; installation and moving cabinets inside are not included.

Freight options

LTL freight · curbside: $499
LTL freight · curbside + liftgate: $599

A liftgate helps lower freight from the truck when you do not have a loading dock or a way to unload it yourself. Someone must be present to accept delivery, and the truck needs clear access. Available options and the final shipping charge are confirmed for your delivery address before payment.

Order confirmation

After your order is verified, we send a confirmation and begin arranging fulfillment. Availability and delivery timing confirmed after order.

Processing and delivery estimates

Allow an estimated 2–3 business days for processing, picking and packing, followed by approximately 5–7 business days in transit. Together, that is roughly 7–10 business days for many orders. These are planning estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date; availability, destination and carrier scheduling can change the timing.

Before dispatch

Please give us an accurate delivery address and tell us about limited truck access or other delivery constraints. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact JLK right away. Once freight has shipped, cancellation or an address change might not be possible.

When freight arrives

Be present for delivery. Count and inspect the packages before signing the carrier receipt. Record visible damage or missing packages on the receipt, photograph them, and contact JLK promptly. Keep the packaging while a claim is reviewed.

High order volume, weather and carrier delays can affect processing and transit. We will share an updated estimate when we have one.
